I played sports growing up, and started strength training when I was thirteen. When I turned nineteen I joined the marines, and spent four years working with all different types of people. After I got out I worked many different jobs. I finally found fitness and I knew that's what I truly wanted to do for a career.
The way the human brain works. What motivates people, and the decisions they make in life has always fascinated me.
"Your goals are a byproduct of preparation." - John Wooden
At the golf course, bowling, shooting my bow, I am always outdoors learning a new skill.
Energy, family atmosphere, work ethic.

KENNY
My story is one of how fitness can truly change a life in every way. My background is in concert production, where I was an audio engineer, lighting designer, and production manager. While I was always “active,” I was way out of shape and never really fully understood the importance of fitness, diet, and exercise.
When I became a dad in 2018, I knew that if I was ever going to teach my daughter the importance of a healthy lifestyle, I had to figure it out myself. I started my fitness journey by losing 100lbs, and during that process I discovered a passion for fitness, active living, and teaching others what I’ve learned along the way.
When 2020 came along and the entire world was turned upside down from COVID, I took the opportunity to get my personal trainer certification. In 2021 I took the leap and made a complete career change to training full-time. It’s been one of the best things that’s ever happened to me and my family. I love seeing how the changes I’ve made for myself have affected the way my daughter is being brought up and how being active is such a huge part of her everyday life.
I am certified as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM.
Sunshine, the outdoors, watching my daughter grow up strong, motivated, and fearless. I love hearing all the stories of how people have changed their lives by giving up their excuses and choosing to do the hard things and paving their own path rather than sitting back and letting life run them over.
“The smallest of implementations is always worth more than the grandest of intentions.” - Robin Sharma
Outside, with my daughter Ava, or, more than likely, both. I love paddle boarding on the lake, doing work around the yard, riding my motorcycle, going to concerts, snowboarding, and even doing races. And now that Ava is getting older and into gymnastics, we even get to play in the gym, which has become more hers than mine.
You can expect to be pushed. Pushed to find your limits, to do your best, to be your best. You can expect an environment where you can feel safe to be vulnerable, to get sweaty, and discover new challenges. You’ll be surrounded by people who want nothing more than to see you succeed and will cheer you on the entire way.

It’s all about the little moments in life for me. Celebrating your little victories whether it’s in the gym with a workout, or your daily life. Accomplishing your fitness and functional life goals. Those are the little moments that are the most rewarding for me.
"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

JILL
I grew up in SE Nebraska on a Clydesdale farm. I went to school for Equine Management and started training horses for a barn in DeSoto, KS. There, I started running to stay in shape for the physical demands of the job and started running marathons in 2005. From that, I discovered my love for all things fitness. I fell in love with the freedom and power being fit gives me and wanted to share that with everyone. I earned my CPT in 2016 through NASM, as well as, a Nutrition Specialist certification and P1N1 certificate from Precision Nutrition.
My passion really is in empowering people through fitness to find the confidence and courage to accomplish any goal they might have, in and out of the gym. The best thing to me, is watching the mental transformation that comes with lifting a barbell and building muscle. That confidence is unmatched.
"There are too many -- I am not afraid. I was born to do this." – Joan of Arc.
You can find me riding my horses, working on my pilots certificate, or watching my daughters rodeo and playing softball.
Inclusion and a safe place to be challenged and work on your goals; a place to discover and rediscover your limits; A place to feel strong and confident; a community where everyone is happy to see you and wants to see you succeed.

I am a Kansas City girl born and raised! Throughout my school years I was always in sports but my heart was in competitive softball so I was always active. After having my son in 2015 I fell off and got extremely comfortable in the mother world but the depression hit and I needed something to give. 2019 covid hit and I was going a little crazy. I decided it was time to really make a change and So I ordered the booty bands for at home works along with a set of dumbbells and followed along with videos on instagram until I figured it out!
2020 when the gyms really open up I got my gym membership and I got busy. I fell in love with the gym and the way it made me feel about myself inside and out so I decided to start gojng to school to be a trainer and life had some other plans for me so I had a minor set back on the schooling but stayed in the gym.
2023 hit and I needed more in life. I’m already doing what I love behind the chair as a hairstylists and helping people feel great about themselves why not extend that into another field.
2024 I am now a certified personal trainer through ISSA.
Helping people realize we’re not perfect and there’s beauty within themselves in every stage of life.
A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong.
